Witch hazel herbal extract toner_Free

I often wondered all these years what's the point of a toner and honestly never understood the WHY. I decided to give hazel harbal extract a shot. Waoo the results left me pleasantly.
surprised. It actually hydrates my super dry skin and helps lock the moisture as it promises.

I would say ladies try it to believe it!

I've been using this for a week or so and I must say my skin doesn't feel as taut and dry as usual for a few hours post application. Would buy again.
